Shawn’s place was a great place to stay close to Knoxville. The space is carefully and attractively designed (loved the tiles!), pristine, and had everything one needed and more. I enjoyed the fresh eggs and surprise gelato waiting in the freezer. I only had a quick overnight stay and didn’t have time to explore the farm. Highly recommend a visit here.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—sparkling clean, stylishly decorated, and in a perfect location. The host was incredibly responsive and provided some great local recommendations. Check-in was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

Such a great place to stay! Shawn was very helpful with all questions asked! Great location near lake Cherokee dam. We had a great time walking to get eggs for breakfast and listening to all the farm animals. I couldn’t recommend this place, it is well worth the money.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was so peaceful and a great weekend getaway. We also loved getting to go down to barn to pick chicken and duck eggs for breakfast!

Wow!!! 🤩 My daughter and I had an amazing stay at the #FishHouse!!! The whole location can only be described as a peaceful oasis! It’s so amazing to wake up in the morning to a hillside full of cows, a pond, and the birds chirping!!! We loved everything they had to offer including collecting fresh chicken eggs!!! Shawn was very responsive! A wonderful host as well as all the farm help! Tonya is the sweetest person I’ve ever met!!!

We were fishing a bass tournament on Cherokee Lake and the location is 5 minutes from the TVA boat ramp. We didn’t have any issues getting the boats plugged up and parked. The house has everything you’d need when traveling. Shawn is very accessible when you have questions. The property is beautiful as well. Great place to stay.

Words can’t explain the home and view of his beautiful Scotland cow farm it was incredible and I actually got to talk to him after my stay he is a really nice guy and he will be seeing me again for wedding planning!! FYI (he also has a wedding venue)

This is my Second time staying at the farm and I was not disappointed on this trip either. The place is beautiful and you can tell they put a lot of love and energy into the place. I had a few issues come up and the host was so helpful and made sure my stay was wonderful. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Cedar Pond Farms is everything and more. I would recommend this property as it was absolutely beautiful, clean, accommodating. The farm experience was exceptional! The accommodation were beyond clean, they thought of everything to help make our stay enjoyable. Anyone visiting Carson-Newman this is the place to stay. Can't wait to visit again. Check in and check out was very simple and easy!
