Cedar Pond Farms is everything and more. I would recommend this property as it was absolutely beautiful, clean, accommodating. The farm experience was exceptional! The accommodation were beyond clean, they thought of everything to help make our stay enjoyable. Anyone visiting Carson-Newman this is the place to stay. Can't wait to visit again. Check in and check out was very simple and easy!

This Airbnb was amazing! The unit was clean and had every amenity you could ask for! The personal touches like flowers and snacks were a great bonus. The property itself was breathtaking! Shawn was a great host- easy to communicate with and was close by if anything was needed! Would absolutely come back!

We enjoyed our stay at Cedar Pond Farms. The fresh flowers and gelato waiting for you were a really special touch. The “barndo” is spacious, clean and thoughtfully organized. My husband and I enjoyed reading on the swing by the pond and saying hello to the cows and donkey. We didn’t collect any eggs but thought it was really cool that the owner allows this if guests would like to. Beautiful farm and kind owner. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The place is in immaculate shape and they thought every little detail out! The fresh flowers and treat in the fridge were so thoughtful and added that personal touch most places lack. Everyone on the grounds was extremely nice and the hosts are amazing. They sent so many details about our stay, the surrounding areas, and add on options to make our trip exactly what we wanted. It being on a farm where you can go visit the chickens, ducks, and watch the cows made it all the more better! Will definitely be returning.

This was one for the books! The amenities were great, and everything was very clean. It even has Highland cows on the property. If you’re considering staying here, you won’t regret it.

We loved staying at the barndo! We were in town visiting a friend in Knoxville and this was a perfect location to be out of the hustle and bustle and get to enjoy the nature while still being close enough to Knoxville so we could visit daily! The space was clean and inviting and the outdoors were exquisite. Our 15th month old enjoyed visiting all the animals and playing outside, though Jack Jack may have been his favorite. He insisted on saying good morning to the cows everyday as we would sit in the swing and watch them grazing. We had a wonderful time.

Driving in at night, the beautifully lit property feels like pulling into a welcoming, private village. I told my dad we were staying in a barn and he thought we'd sleep with pigs. Instead, it feels like a boutique hotel in the Tennessee countryside! Shawn’s communication was excellent, providing everything we needed. It feels like an engineer and designer teamed up. Clever details include drawer proximity sensors, a bathroom condenser pumping moisture outside, and a fantastic dual-head shower. They prioritized accessibility with zero stairs and a changing table. For EV drivers, the Tesla destination charger and NEMA 14-50 outlets are a huge convenience that easily saves charging time on your route. As a host myself, I was taking mental notes. Their quality control beats most hotels. I usually avoid dairy, but learning about their dairy business, I had to try the lemon cheesecake ice cream sample they left in the freezer—fluffy and delicious. We will definitely be back!

I thought this place was cute in the photos but walking in the door we were taken aback by its charm. Small and cozy, but easily our favorite AirBnb we’ve ever stayed in. The air worked great, but the down comforter was so warm, we ended up using a small fan from home as well. Every little thing was thought of in this place. The shower, was my favorite shower thus far! Having gelato left for us was great! Heck, I didn’t even know I liked gelato! (The mango was SO good!) We would EASILY pick this place again!!

It’s no reason why this place shouldn’t be $1000 a night. The ambience, the stay, and all the amenities were just second to none. My wife absolutely adored this place, and it’s safe to say that this is the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The host was super friendly and gave us so many great options to choose from. Every time we visit Tennessee this will be a must stay for us! We didn’t want to leave after 2 days. They provided so much for us, the fresh barn eggs, gelato, and overall comfort from the stay. We met an older lady by the barnyard and she was so delightful and nice to us. Best experience ever and could honestly not write enough about this place. Shawn goes above and beyond to ensure that your stay is immaculate. We walked the grounds, saw the cows, sat out on the water, and just soaked in the country living. This should be on the top of everyone’s list!
