We loved our stay! The barndo was beautiful with plenty of space. The design was thought out so incredibly well for guests and our daughter loved walking out to see the chickens and cows during our stay. Shawn was very responsive and super helpful from start to finish! We will definitely be rebooking when we are in town again!

Shawn and Priscilla are amazing. my friend and I stayed here for a short staycation and it was fantastic. they left gelato, waffle chips, and pretty flowers for us. just those items were awesome but the location itself is amazing, it's such a pretty view of the farm and it's close enough to the pond and chickens to walk around. being about to get fresh eggs was such an experience and we had a blast, we were sad to go but we def want to come back here when we get a chance! thanks for everything!

From the beautiful scenery, great accommodations, and attentive host, our stay was exactly what we expected it would be. Shawn had sent videos and "things to do in the area" prior to our trip. This made arriving to the farm very easy and allowed us to know what was around the area. The "barndo" had a well-lit sign and easy access to get into the home. With spa-like music & scents, the peacefulness of the unit radiated. Everything in the home is labeled for easy access. The owners have thought of everything for a perfect stay: Dyson vacuum, blow-dryer w/ several attachments, laundry essentials, lots of baskets to put your belongings in, comfortable bed, large TVs, lots of lighting, snacks, cold water/soda in the fridge, cooking supplies & spices, high ceilings makes the space feel big, coffee bar, toiletries provided, and a futon. The farm itself was beautiful. Lots of places to take beautiful pictures, fresh eggs, and homemade gelato were a plus. 35 min from UT. We will be back!!

Shawn was a classy host in every way. The place is thoughtfully designed in a beautiful setting. I had trouble finding a light switch or two and Shawn coached me write to it in a matter of seconds on the phone. The AC works great, the bed was comfy and the sweet treats in the fridge was a nice surprise. I was staying there to visiting my son at Carson Newman and it was a short little hop over to the school. I’ll be eager to stay there again.

It is a great placed spotless convenient to town, plus the view of the pond from the patio, and the eggs for breakfast. It was my second stay I’m sure I’ll stay again sometime.

This place was spotless and so up to date on everything!!! Such a modern place inside but with a very beautiful country setting. Everything was great and they had lots of extra options on the farm that you could enjoy too... this place was very nice and very peaceful.....

We really enjoyed our stay!! The house was beautiful, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The bed were especially cozy, and we all slept great. Shawn was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. One of our favorite partd was relaxing by the pond- such a peaceful little spot. Would definitely recommended and would love to stay again!!

This is the second time I have stayed in this flat. It is a wonderful, very large flat with excellent facilities. I will definitely always stay here when I come back to Jefferson County!
