We are the neighborhood. You have nearly 7 acres of barnyard to roam and enjoy. There are many restaurants within 5 miles, as well as shopping centers, Walmart, and a hospital. We are the perfect spot to be in the country, relax, and have all the conveniences of city life.

You are also warmly invited to explore our working farm, Cedar Pond Farms, located just across the street. Feel free to visit the barnyard, collect fresh eggs for your breakfast, and enjoy access to the serene pond areas on the farm property.

We recommend a car for travel to the lake or nearby shopping. We recommend renting a pontoon boat from Black Oak Marina on Cherokee Lake (5 miles away) for the day. Another option is to go to Douglas Lake (15 miles away) for the day. There are several boat rental options there as well.

C'ÉTAIT INCROYABLE : La grange maison / l'intérieur de la maison, tout est tellement bien organisé et décoré avec un goût parfait et réfléchi. Le plus impressionnant, c'est à quel point tout est bien équipé pour répondre à tous vos besoins. Pour moi, le meilleur, c'était l'extérieur de la grange / la vue et l'énergie réparatrice de l'âme, une énergie incroyable dans l'air / on ne peut s'empêcher de dire "waouh" à chaque heure de la journée, les couleurs changent constamment. Nous sommes venus au Tennessee pour la remise de diplôme de ma fille, même si nous possédons un appartement à côté de l'université où elle habite / avec les visiteurs et la circulation, je voulais juste m'éloigner de la ville et me détendre, pour dire la vérité, et je pense que c'était aussi le moment idéal pour me vider la tête loin du rythme de vie de Miami, ET ÇA VAUT CHAQUE CENTIME. J'AI HÂTE DE REVENIR AVEC TOUTE LA FAMILLE POUR UN SÉJOUR PLUS LONG / UN ENDROIT À ESSAYER ABSOLUMENT. ET L'HÔTE EST VRAIMENT UN GENTLEMAN, UN MEC FORMIDABLE, MERCI MONSIEUR POUR CE QUE VOUS AVEZ CONSTRUIT ET POUR PRENDRE SOIN DES LIEUX AUSSI BIEN. CORDIALEMENT, TOLGA ONSIPAHIOGLU IT WAS AMAZING: The barn home /inside the home how well all organized and perfectly thoughtful good taste of decoration The most amazing was how well set up for all you need. For me the best part outside the barn /the view and soul repair great energy in the air/ you just say many times wow every hour of the day colors change Well we went to tennesse bc of my daguther graduation even though we own a apartment next to university where my daguther leaves / visitors and the traffic i just wanted to be away from city and relax tell the truth, and i think this was also great time to listen my head away from Miami way of leaving AND WORTH EVERY PENNY I CANT WAIT TO COME BACK WITH ALL CREW OF FAMILY STAY LONGER /A PLACE YOU SHOULD TRY AND THE HOST IS REALLY GENTLEMAN GREAT GUY AND TY SIR FOR WHAT YOU BUILD THERE AND TAKE CARE THINGS SO WELL REGARDS TOLGA ONSIPAHIOGLU

Quel emplacement et quel cottage formidables. Le logement était très moderne et dans un état impeccable. Un vrai plus pour ces « sœurs seniors » : il n’y avait pas d’escaliers ! La cuisine avait tout ce dont on pouvait avoir besoin (y compris de la glace dans le congélateur), des œufs frais étaient disponibles à la grange, et « la meilleure douche que j’aie jamais prise » selon ma sœur – je suis jalouse de ne pas en avoir profité ! La ferme est magnifiquement entretenue, avec même un espace événementiel – ils accueillaient un bal de promo la nuit où nous avons séjourné. Même s’il y avait un événement et d’autres invités sur place, nous n’avons rien entendu, c’était calme et tellement paisible. C’est définitivement sur notre liste d’endroits où revenir, surtout que c’est tout près de Carson-Newman University où notre petite-fille/petite-nièce étudie. What a great location and cottage. The unit was very modern and in pristine condition. A true bonus for these "senior sisters" was the fact that there were no stairs! The kitchen had everything you could need (including ice cream in the freezer), fresh eggs available down at the barn, and "the best shower I've ever had" according to my sister - I'm jealous that I didn't take advantage of it! The farm is beautifully maintained, including an event venue - they were hosting a prom the night we stayed. Even though there was an event, and other guests on site, we didn't hear any of the goings on, it was quiet and so peaceful. This is definitely on our list of places to come back to, especially since it is so close to Carson-Newman University where our Grand-daughter/Grand-niece is attending.

Shawn a un super endroit à Cedar Ponds. J'ai fait ma demande en mariage à ma copine près du poulailler haha. Il a été très réactif. L'endroit était propre, chic et assez grand pour une famille de trois personnes. Shawn has a great space there at Cedar Ponds. I popped the big question to my gf at the chicken coop haha. He was very responsive. The place was clean, sheik, and large enough for a family of three.

Nous avons absolument adoré notre séjour ici ! C'était tellement paisible et parfait pour une escapade le temps d'un week-end. Nous avons aussi beaucoup aimé descendre à la grange pour ramasser des œufs de poule et de canard pour le petit-déjeuner ! We absolutely loved our stay here! It was so peaceful and a great weekend getaway. We also loved getting to go down to barn to pick chicken and duck eggs for breakfast!

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à Cedar Pond Farms. Les fleurs fraîches et la glace qui nous attendaient étaient une attention vraiment spéciale. Le « barndo » est spacieux, propre et aménagé avec soin. Mon mari et moi avons aimé lire sur la balançoire près de l’étang et saluer les vaches et l’âne. Nous n’avons pas ramassé d’œufs mais avons trouvé très sympa que le propriétaire le propose aux invités qui le souhaitent. Belle ferme et propriétaire aimable. Merci pour ce séjour agréable. We enjoyed our stay at Cedar Pond Farms. The fresh flowers and gelato waiting for you were a really special touch. The “barndo” is spacious, clean and thoughtfully organized. My husband and I enjoyed reading on the swing by the pond and saying hello to the cows and donkey. We didn’t collect any eggs but thought it was really cool that the owner allows this if guests would like to. Beautiful farm and kind owner. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.
