Bespoke and elevated stays are our business in the Jefferson City area. Enjoy our Scottish Highland Farm with a European style apartment inside and a quaint barndominium style building outside. Everything you need from washer and dryer to a full kitchen. You will not be disappointed in this unit. With our full sized futon couch and our queen bed you can comfortably fit up to 4 guests. We are only 25 miles from the University of Tennessee and 3 Miles from Carson-Newman University.

We are the neighborhood. You have nearly 7 acres of barnyard to roam and enjoy. There are many restaurants within 5 miles, as well as shopping centers, Walmart, and a hospital. We are the perfect spot to be in the country, relax, and have all the conveniences of city life.

We recommend a car for travel to the lake or nearby shopping. We recommend pontoon boat rental from Black Oak Marina on Cherokee Lake (5 miles away) for the day. Another option is to go to Douglas Lake (15 miles away) for the day. There are several boat rental options there as well.

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable à la ferme ! L'endroit était impeccable et chaleureux, et il y avait même de l'eau fraîche dans le réfrigérateur à notre arrivée, ce qui était une attention très appréciée. The place was spotless and cozy, and they even had fresh cold water waiting for us in the fridge, which was a nice touch. The catfish pond was beautiful, and getting to see the cows up close was awesome. The whole property had such a peaceful vibe. The only downside was the weather — it was colder than we expected — but that’s no fault of the host. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely come back when it’s warmer! Highly recommend.

We did encounter a small mishap when we went to lay down and rest, but the host responded immediately, was incredibly respectful, and quickly moved us into a new unit, making the situation completely stress free. The property was peaceful and quiet with beautiful scenery, and we truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches, especially the sweet treats waiting for us in the freezer and the option to collect fresh farm eggs. Everything was so easy, from check-in to knowing exactly where to go to gather eggs when we left. We would definitely recommend staying here and can’t say enough good things about how responsive, kind, and thoughtful the hosts are.

Endroit charmant où séjourner, avec de superbes paysages, je recommande vivement à tout le monde d'essayer au moins une fois. J'adorerais revenir. Nous sommes également allés voir les vaches Highland juste en face de chez nous, une activité que Shawn propose aussi en option payante. lovely place to stay, with great scenery, highly recommend for anyone to try at least once. I would love to come back. we also went to see the highland cows right across the street from us that Shawn also offers as something you can book and pay for.

La ferme est magnifique et nous a tout de suite fait nous sentir comme chez nous ! Tout était très propre et bien pensé. On pouvait deviner que l’hôte était un grand voyageur grâce à tous les équipements électroniques et à la praticité de tout dans le barndo. Merci encore ! Nous reviendrons ! The farm is beautiful and made us feel right at home! Everything was very clean and well thought out. Cet Airbnb nous a tout simplement époustouflés, mon fiancé et moi. Nous nous sommes arrêtés ici lors d’un long voyage, pensant que ce serait juste un endroit où passer la nuit, mais c’est devenu une escapade romantique. Nous n’arrêtons pas de parler de la merveilleuse expérience que nous avons eue. Il y avait de la glace artisanale fraîche dans le congélateur, des peignoirs à notre disposition, probablement le lit le plus confortable que j’aie jamais eu dans une location, et la vue est incroyable. Nous nous sommes beaucoup amusés à visiter la ferme, nourrir les vaches Highland, prendre le petit-déjeuner dehors au lever du soleil. Je recommanderais à 100/10 et nous parlons déjà de la prochaine fois où nous pourrons revenir pour une escapade romantique. (Aussi très adapté aux familles) D’une propreté irréprochable, tout est clairement étiqueté et très facile à trouver. Sans hésiter, le plus bel Airbnb où nous ayons jamais séjourné !! This Airbnb absolutely blew my fiancé and I away. We stopped here while traveling long distance as a halfway point and what we thought would be just a place to stay, turned into a romantic getaway. We can’t stop talking about how wonderful the stay was. They had fresh gelato in the freezer, robes for us to put on, probably the most comfortable bed I have felt in a rental, and the views are amazing. We had so much fun checking out the farm, feeding the highland cows, eating breakfast outside as the sun rose. 100/10 would recommend and we are already talking about when we could come back again for a romantic getaway. (Also very family friendly) Spotlessly clean, everything is clearly labeled and very easy to find. Hands down the nicest air bnb we have been to ever!!

L'endroit de Shawn était magnifique et exactement comme il l'avait décrit. Nous y avons séjourné 4 jours et nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps. Ce sera sans aucun doute une destination où nous reviendrons. Merci pour votre excellente hospitalité !! Shawn’s place was beautiful and just as he described it.
