Welcome to Fairland Ridge at Cedar Pond Farms. Bespoke and elevated stays are our business in the Jefferson City area. Enjoy our Scottish Highland Farm with a European style apartment inside and a quaint barndominium style building outside. Everything you need from a washer and dryer to a full kitchen. With our 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, & 4 full-sized futon couches, you can comfortably fit up to 14 guests total. We are only 25 miles from Sevierville, UTK & 3 Miles from CNU.

We offer farm experiences with our Scottish Highland cows during your stay for an additional fee. This is a great family- and couple-friendly experience during your stay. We do not allow parties or events as part of your booking on this platform. Weddings and private events are permitted on Cedar Pond Farms, but not included in your overnight fee on this platform. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us to discuss hosting a wedding or event on our farm for up to 150 guests. We have multiple ceremony sites available on the farm. We are the neighborhood. You have nearly 7 acres of barnyard to roam and enjoy. There are many restaurants within 5 miles, as well as shopping centers, Walmart, and a hospital. We are the perfect spot to be in the country, relax, and have all the conveniences of city life.

We recommend a car for travel to the lake or nearby shopping. We recommend renting a pontoon boat from Black Oak Marina on Cherokee Lake (5 miles away) for the day. Another option is to go to Douglas Lake (15 miles away) for the day. There are several boat rental options there as well.

Je n'ai finalement pas séjourné sur place car j'avais réservé la mauvaise date. Je ne m'en suis rendu compte qu'en arrivant à l'Airbnb, et c'est Shawn qui nous l'a signalé. Nous avions réservé pour la remise de diplôme de notre fille et, lorsque nous l'avons expliqué à Shawn, il a été très serviable en appelant d'autres hôtes qu'il connaissait dans la région dans l'espoir de nous trouver un logement. Il nous a également suggéré des quartiers et des hôtels à proximité afin que nous puissions trouver un endroit où passer la nuit. Il nous a aussi gentiment remboursé une partie de ce que nous avions payé, alors qu'il n'y était pas obligé, et nous lui en sommes très reconnaissants. Le quartier était paisible et magnifique, et le bar dominions semblait tout neuf, moderne et extrêmement propre. Il a répondu à nos appels immédiatement et a été très aimable. Le service client était 10/10. I ended up not staying there bc I booked the wrong date. I didn’t realized until I showed up to the Airbnb and Shawn made us aware of that. We booked it for our daughter’s graduation and when we told Shawn that he was very helpful calling other hosts he knew in the area with hopes to find us a place to stay. He also gave suggestions of areas and hotels around so we could have somewhere to stay the night. He also kindly reimbursed us for a portion of what we paid and he didn’t have to buy given the circumstances he was kind to do so and we appreciate that very much. The area was peaceful and beautiful and the bar dominions looked brand new, modern and extremely clean. He answered our calls right away and was very kind. Customer service was 10/10.

Les mots ne suffisent pas à décrire la maison et la vue sur sa magnifique ferme de vaches écossaises, c'était incroyable. J'ai même eu l'occasion de lui parler après mon séjour, c'est vraiment quelqu'un de très sympathique et il me reverra pour l'organisation de mon mariage !! À savoir : il a aussi une salle de réception pour les mariages. Words can’t explain the home and view of his beautiful Scotland cow farm it was incredible and I actually got to talk to him after my stay he is a really nice guy and he will be seeing me again for wedding planning!! FYI (he also has a wedding venue)

Cedar Pond Farms is everything and more. I would recommend this property as it was absolutely beautiful, clean, accommodating. The farm experience was exceptional! The accommodation were beyond clean, they thought of everything to help make our stay enjoyable. Anyone visiting Carson-Newman this is the place to stay. Can't wait to visit again. Check in and check out was very simple and easy!

Il n’y a aucune raison pour que cet endroit ne soit pas à 1000 $ la nuit. L’ambiance, le séjour et toutes les commodités étaient tout simplement incomparables. Ma femme a absolument adoré cet endroit, et il est sûr de dire que c’est le meilleur Airbnb dans lequel nous ayons jamais séjourné. L’hôte était super sympathique et nous a donné tellement de bonnes options à choisir. Chaque fois que nous visiterons le Tennessee, ce sera un incontournable pour nous ! Nous ne voulions plus partir après 2 jours. Ils nous ont tellement gâtés : œufs frais de la ferme, gelato, et un confort général tout au long du séjour. Nous avons rencontré une dame âgée près de la grange, elle était tellement charmante et gentille avec nous. Meilleure expérience de toutes, je ne pourrais honnêtement pas en dire assez sur cet endroit. Shawn se surpasse pour s’assurer que votre séjour soit impeccable. Nous avons parcouru le domaine, vu les vaches, profité de l’eau et simplement savouré la vie à la campagne. Cet endroit devrait être en haut de la liste de tout le monde ! It’s no reason why this place shouldn’t be $1000 a night. The ambience, the stay, and all the amenities were just second to none. My wife absolutely adored this place, and it’s safe to say that this is the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The host was super friendly and gave us so many great options to choose from. Every time we visit Tennessee this will be a must stay for us! We didn’t want to leave after 2 days. They provided so much for us, the fresh barn eggs, gelato, and overall comfort from the stay. We met an older lady by the barnyard and she was so delightful and nice to us. Best experience ever and could honestly not write enough about this place. Shawn goes above and beyond to ensure that your stay is immaculate. We walked the grounds, saw the cows, sat out on the water, and just soaked in the country living. This should be on the top of everyone’s list!
