We are the neighborhood. You have nearly 7 acres of barnyard to roam and enjoy. There are many restaurants within 5 miles, as well as shopping centers, Walmart, and a hospital. We are the perfect spot to be in the country, relax, and have all the conveniences of city life.

You are also warmly invited to explore our working farm, Cedar Pond Farms, located just across the street. We recommend a car for travel to the lake or nearby shopping. We recommend renting a pontoon boat from Black Oak Marina on Cherokee Lake (5 miles away) for the day. Another option is to go to Douglas Lake (15 miles away) for the day. There are several boat rental options there as well.
