We are the neighborhood. You have nearly 7 acres of barnyard to roam and enjoy. There are many restaurants within 5 miles, as well as shopping centers, Walmart, and a hospital. We are the perfect spot to be in the country, relax, and have all the conveniences of city life.

ES WAR UNGLAUBLICH: Das Scheunenhaus / das Innere des Hauses – wie gut alles organisiert und mit perfektem, durchdachtem Geschmack dekoriert ist. Das Beeindruckendste war, wie gut alles für alle Bedürfnisse vorbereitet war. Für mich war das Beste der Außenbereich der Scheune / die Aussicht und die seelenheilende, großartige Energie in der Luft – man sagt einfach immer wieder "Wow", zu jeder Tageszeit, weil sich die Farben ständig ändern. Wir sind nach Tennessee gefahren wegen des Abschlusses meiner Tochter, obwohl wir eine Wohnung direkt neben der Universität besitzen, wo meine Tochter wohnt. Wegen der Besucher und des Verkehrs wollte ich einfach mal raus aus der Stadt und entspannen, um ehrlich zu sein. Ich denke, das war auch eine großartige Gelegenheit, meinen Kopf vom Miami-Lebensstil freizubekommen – UND ES WAR JEDEN CENT WERT. ICH KANN ES KAUM ERWARTEN, MIT DER GANZEN FAMILIE ZURÜCKZUKOMMEN UND LÄNGER ZU BLEIBEN / EIN ORT, DEN MAN UNBEDINGT AUSPROBIEREN SOLLTE. For me the best part outside the barn /the view and soul repair great energy in the air/ you just say many times wow every hour of the day colors change Well we went to tennesse bc of my daguther graduation even though we own a apartment next to university where my daguther leaves / visitors and the traffic i just wanted to be away from city and relax tell the truth, and i think this was also great time to listen my head away from Miami way of leaving AND WORTH EVERY PENNY I CANT WAIT TO COME BACK WITH ALL CREW OF FAMILY STAY LONGER /A PLACE YOU SHOULD TRY AND THE HOST IS REALLY GENTLEMAN GREAT GUY AND TY SIR FOR WHAT YOU BUILD THERE AND TAKE CARE THINGS SO WELL REGARDS TOLGA ONSIPAHIOGLU

Was für eine tolle Lage und ein wunderschönes Cottage. Die Unterkunft war sehr modern und in einwandfreiem Zustand. Ein echtes Plus für uns "Senioren-Schwestern" war, dass es keine Treppen gab! Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht (einschließlich Eiscreme im Gefrierschrank), frische Eier gab es unten in der Scheune, und laut meiner Schwester gab es "die beste Dusche, die ich je hatte" – ich bin fast neidisch, dass ich sie nicht ausprobiert habe! Die Farm ist wunderschön gepflegt, inklusive eines Veranstaltungsortes – am Abend unseres Aufenthalts fand dort ein Abschlussball statt. Obwohl eine Veranstaltung stattfand und andere Gäste vor Ort waren, haben wir davon nichts mitbekommen, es war ruhig und sehr friedlich. Dieser Ort steht definitiv auf unserer Liste für einen weiteren Besuch, besonders da er so nah an der Carson-Newman University liegt, wo unsere Enkelin/Nichte studiert. What a great location and cottage. The unit was very modern and in pristine condition. A true bonus for these "senior sisters" was the fact that there were no stairs! The kitchen had everything you could need (including ice cream in the freezer), fresh eggs available down at the barn, and "the best shower I've ever had" according to my sister - I'm jealous that I didn't take advantage of it! The farm is beautifully maintained, including an event venue - they were hosting a prom the night we stayed. Even though there was an event, and other guests on site, we didn't hear any of the goings on, it was quiet and so peaceful. This is definitely on our list of places to come back to, especially since it is so close to Carson-Newman University where our Grand-daughter/Grand-niece is attending.

Vielen Dank für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. We enjoyed our stay at Cedar Pond Farms. The fresh flowers and gelato waiting for you were a really special touch. The “barndo” is spacious, clean and thoughtfully organized. My husband and I enjoyed reading on the swing by the pond and saying hello to the cows and donkey. We didn’t collect any eggs but thought it was really cool that the owner allows this if guests would like to. Beautiful farm and kind owner. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.
