With our 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, & 4 full-sized futon couches, you can comfortably fit up to 14 guests total. We are only 25 miles from Sevierville, UTK & 3 Miles from CNU.

We do not allow parties or events as part of your booking on this platform. Weddings and private events are permitted on Cedar Pond Farms, but not included in your overnight fee on this platform. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us to discuss hosting a wedding or event on our farm for up to 150 guests. We have multiple ceremony sites available on the farm. We recommend a car for travel to the lake or nearby shopping. We recommend renting a pontoon boat from Black Oak Marina on Cherokee Lake (5 miles away) for the day. Another option is to go to Douglas Lake (15 miles away) for the day. There are several boat rental options there as well.
